When I was a boy my parents bought my first bow, a Bear Whitetail Hunter 2. Living next to a secluded 100 acre public tract of land, with a reservoir, I made every free second count, while hunting and fishing in those woods and having the opportunity to harvest many deer there. As I grew older, I became more involved in 3D Archery and was hooked. After graduating college I joined the Marines and became an infantry squad leader. Shortly after that I joined the Marine Corps Rifle Team and continued that journey while shooting competitively for 12 years.
I married the love of my life, Monica, had two children and have raised them to love the outdoors. My children have hunted since they were 3. My son took his first deer at age 4, and has been an avid outdoorsman ever since. We have been blessed with opportunities to hunt the other side of Gods great planet and have been able to experience the vast cultures of other continents. I am currently a KY Hunter education instructor of over 20 yrs, a CCDW instructor/trainer for 25 years, NRA Range Safety Officer, NRA Pistol instructor
and worked in law enforcement for 22 yrs.
We’ve learned to never take anything for granted, and to be humble in our ways. I wish to continue to teach, educate and learn through life’s journey.

At an early age I was introduced to the outdoors by my father. My Dad was a competitive archer and made sure I had a bow and arrows readily available. Chasing squirrels, rabbits and fishing were the norm as a young kid growing up in rural Kentucky.
In my late teens, I met my wife, Ms Susie. Together we continued to shoot competitive archery. Archery lead us both to hunting whitetails in our local countryside. This time in the woods enabled me to hone my skills to harvest the whitetail deer and the eastern wild turkey.
The taste of hunting success in the deer woods led Ms Susie and I around the world chasing many species of animals. For me, it’s not all about the kill yet the adventure of the entire hunting experience.
My interests outside of hunting includes a sunny day motorcycle ride with friends, introducing new people; especially kids and women to the awesome sport of archery, shooting archery, archery tuning and bow mechanics.

Being a native Kentuckian, I grew up surrounded by some of the world’s best hunting and fishing wildlife that there is to find. Growing up in a predominant hunting family was where I first was introduced to the great outdoors, with some of my first experiences ranging from rabbit to whitetail! But little did I know, that was just the beginning. As a teenager, I was blessed to experience hunting abroad in Canada and even South Africa, which was truly the hunt of a lifetime where we harvested over 15 animals of different species.
I have been lucky enough to turn a passion into a career since our families have come together to form Twisted Tines Ranch, and with over 20 years of hunting experience you can trust in my ability to put you on a trophy whitetail deer! Besides guiding, you will often find me managing some of the daily operations of the ranch with my trusty sidekick “Ace”.

I was introduced to the outdoors while shooting archery with my, now husband as a teenager. I extremely enjoyed the sport of archery and competed in both 3D archery and indoor spots.
The hunting bug hit me hard one Saturday. My husband was at work and typically went hunting after work. I decided I was going with him. I jumped into a pair of his coveralls and was ready to go when he arrived home. He was surprised yet welcomed me to join. That night I got my first experience seeing whitetail up close. Within the next few trips out, I had connected on my first harvest. It was a doe, yet it was just the beginning of my hunting story.
Since that first doe, I have taken many trophy deer, black bear, mule deer, pronghorn, African species, and several other species. My dream hunt came true several years ago when I was able to take a giant red stag in New Zealand scoring just over 481 inches. I look forward to the next adventures in upcoming hunts. I enjoy the adventure and especially the foods experienced from these other hunting cultures.
I am always eager to assist a young person or other women to get into the sport of archery, as it has brought many quality times and enjoyable memories to me and my family. Outside of hunting, I do enjoy cooking and typically go overboard on food preparations. I have
a strong portfolio of amazing meals and desserts up my sleeve.

I have been a lifetime resident here in Kentucky. Growing up in Grant County, and living life in the middle of such outstanding wildlife opportunities, It will not be hard to imagine why my family and I have stuck around so long after you see what our backyard has to offer. I grew up in the woods of the Bluegrass, a great place with diverse wildlife and beautiful landscapes; there was never a day here when it seemed like there was nothing for me to do.
As a young hunter I loved hunting whitetail deer and the eastern turkey with my brother and dad. My true hunting passion came at an early age when I began to realize that hunting and spending time outdoors was my favorite way to spend time with family and friends. As I got older and began developing close friendships through the outdoors, along with introducing more people to hunting, my passion for the outdoors has only grown stronger.
I am a graduate of Northern Kentucky university with a masters degree from the University of the Cumberlands in the field of education. When I am not hard at work or spending time hunting and fishing I am with my beautiful family. My wife Vivian, my two daughters Hadlee and Ellington as well as my little boy Adler. My children are young but they are already starting to show the same types of interest in the outdoors as I did and I’m looking forward to many days spent outdoors with them. My children have been a great adventure themselves.
When we’re not working or hunting we are also very involved in our local church and oftentimes see that to be more of a lifestyle thing than an actual occupation. I like to always keep a solid balance in life and like to keep things in perspective. For our family we love three things in a very specific order. God, Family & Friends, and the outdoors. I am looking forward to so many more adventures and experiencing everything the outdoors has to offer while working on Twisted Tines Ranch.

Chasing whitetails has always been in my blood so to speak. My grandfather was not just an avid hunter but he was obsessed with hunting especially whitetails. I was and still am lucky enough to hunt with him to this day. These hunting trips are more than just a chase for animal to me they are memories made with family and friends, heritage lived, and time spent in God’s creation. As I have gotten older, I have become obsessed with hunting and look at hunting as a lifestyle not just a hobby. The spring is for Turkey hunting, fall is for deer/elk and the off season is spent planning where to take a trip to hunt somewhere else around the United States.
I am the Pastor of Revive Church in Dry Ridge, Kentucky. I graduated from Asbury University with a degree in education and went on to get my MDiv in Pastoral Leadership from Cincinnati Christian University. The only things more important than hunting is my relationship with Christ, loving my family, developing friendships and serving people as best I can. Without Christ I don’t know where I would be today, He truly has been gracious to me.
In 2015 I married my wife Whitney and on March 2nd of 2021. We have 2 daughters named Mara and Eliza. If you don’t find me in the woods you will find my family hiking, going to visit National Parks, playing softball or preferably on a mountain somewhere. I truly look forward to time in the woods with those who come to Twisted Tines Ranch because of the wonderful fellowship and memories spent in the field.

I fell in love with the great outdoors as a young girl going on hiking and camping trips with my family. Since then I have loved nature and all that it entails. I have hiked trails all over the country and even some in other countries. My greatest adventures have been on the Appalachian trail, in Alaska, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Haiti.
I married my husband, Patrick 19 years ago and was first introduced to firearms and hunting. I love shooting targets and practicing tactical maneuvers. I recently was gifted a bow that I am learning to shoot and have began to love archery as well.
I am a Momma to two amazing children that also share a love of the outdoors and hunting. While I am not a hunter, I am an animal lover that has a great deal of respect for all that hunters do to assist in the success of wildlife. I love to hear about other’s hunting successes and truly enjoy celebrating those.
In my free time, I lead a very active life with hobbies that include weight lifting, dancing, hiking, traveling and going for long motorcycle rides with my husband and friends. I love to cook and entertain. I also love meeting new friends and sharing adventures.

When I was 3, my father, (Patrick) took me hunting quite a bit. At age 4, I shot my first buck and doe. From that point on, I was hooked. I was harvesting deer every year with a little .223 and that was my life. In 2016, I killed my biggest buck which was scored at 166”. In 2018, I was blessed with an opportunity to hunt in Africa with my father. I will always cherish the memories from there. I have always loved fishing and recently have been developing a stronger passion for it.
As a result of my love for the sport of hunting, I started my first taxidermy business in 2018. I am the youngest licensed Taxidermist in the state of Kentucky. I specialize in European mounts. In February of 2018, I joined the Jr pro staff of Real World Wildlife Products and have been promoting them ever since. I have found that their products work better than any others I have used. One of my favorite times of the year is Spring, because I get to try out the products and plant them to see how they turn out in the fall.
I love being outside in mother nature and experiencing the wildlife. My dream is coming true from the opportunity to work on this ranch by managing the food plots, skinning, and assisting with clients. I love the look of whitetails we have in Kentucky as well as the other exotics on this ranch. I love to help clients find the buck of their lifetime and to make their dreams come true.

I was born and raised in Kentucky, a diverse environment filled with many different species of game and wildlife. My love for the outdoors came from my family and more specifically my father, Patrick. I was raised learning the sport of archery and the proper handling of firearms. Even as a kid I can remember heading out to the farm with friends and family to shoot sporting clays or spend the day at the range.
I’ve always strived to get the whitetail and hunting experience shared by my family and close friends. Throughout my life I’ve been given the opportunity to hunt many of Kentucky’s more common species such as whitetail, turkey, and coyotes. I’ve also been blessed to travel the country to hunt a variety of exotic species. I’ve always had a remarkable time on these hunts, and can’t wait for the next one I get to experience.
Outside of the ranch you can find me in my bright red Jeep, and with my friends and family. I love being in the outdoors, and expressing myself through my art and designs. I live an active life whether that be hiking with my parents and brother, or out with my close friends. I have a passion for traveling. I also care for my bird and cat and love the opportunity to care for the wildlife we have at the ranch.
Another great opportunity I’ve been given is the experience that comes with my role in the Twisted Tines Family. You will mainly see me working on our whitetail care and movement. Whether it be adjusting medication or sorting feed I thoroughly enjoy helping wherever I am needed. I wake up every day eager to watch and aid in the growth of the ranch, and also learn from any new experiences.
